Thanks for the comment. There are countless possibilities as far as pattern interrupt goes. It&#039;s really up to your imagination. You could start moving towards a friend to hug them and then stop short of it and turn it into an induction.

You could also pretend you&#039;re going to hand something over to someone and at the last minute pull back the item and hand them something different.

It&#039;s all about playing with someone&#039;s sensory expectations. Athletes are great at interrupting patterns through fakes.
