 in detail so any body can understand and make improvement in themselves,they also become interested to attend NLP workshop , i think you will happy if people understand what message you want to give,there is no failure in nlp only feed back ,all the best for you will improve your articles or messages that will help people</description>

So glad to see you writing about the dreaded &quot;should&quot; word Steve. It is also almost completely ineffective when telling others what the should or should not do. It sets up a defensive reaction. Much better to say,&quot;If I was in your situation I would....&quot; Then they have a choice!

There is a fun saying that I use, &quot;Don&#039;t should all over me!&quot; People get it then.
