Thanks for visiting HowToMasterNLP.com. I am Steve Bauer and I write articles on all things Neurolinguistic Programming. I am a Rogue NLP Trainer and Coach, and I help beginning NLP students with modeling, NLP epistemological models, and training issues.
(Geesh, why couldn’t my wife be in that pic? Guess we should have brought that old tripod on the trip!)
Passion for Neurolinguistic Programming
I’ve been studying and practicing Neurolinguistic Programming intensely since 1999. The first book I ever read on the subject was Frogs Into Princes. I loved the book’s seminar format, read it a whole lot and spent a lot of time practicing unseen in the streets of Boulder, CO.
I loved it! In 2000, I decided to go to Tony Robbins’s seminars and attended his whole university. Not for the content, as most people did. But to watch Tony in action and model him. Unbelievable, powerful speaker and performer. Fabulous first person to model. And model him I did. And it worked.
After coming back, in a matter of days, I started speaking in public and the results were amazing. I had the moves, the voice, the certainty, everything. So I had to take the next step.
I got trained in Neurolinguistic Programming by Rex Sikes in Wisconsin. To this day, I’m thankful for this experience. Rex coupled his mastery of Neurolinguistic Programming with his abilities as a humorist, magician and mind reader to create an outstanding learning experience for ten days.
Then, I went rogue. And practiced. Practiced. And practiced some more.
So will you.
