Here is the how:
1) Be open, honest, and mindful of what exactly you are feeling, what is causing it, and why it sucks. (Akin to being &#039;aware&#039; of yourself, taking the time to &#039;relax&#039;, in order to &#039;observe yourself, feelings, actions, behaviors&#039;.)
2) It&#039;s a part of you, make it into a third party. 
3) Manifest evidence to the claim that this &#039;thirty party&#039; enemy is a threat to XYZ (XYZ=your life goal, dreams, aspiration, continuity of urself, and attainment of happiness)
4) After you have gotten angry at it and are motivated to &#039;change it&#039;, you can apply NLP techniques to DESTROY THEM.

That is how I usually do it... similar to what Tom said, but yeah...</description>
